How do I book?

Click on the Hire Us tab and complete the inquiry form. Please allow at least 48-72 hours for a response. If you need immediate assistance for an event, please call 817-800-4444. A deposit of half of your invoice amount is due to reserve your date/time and the rest at least 7 days before your event.

How soon before an event should I book?

We will do our best to accommodate you no matter the time frame, but 2 weeks would be ideal.

Do you deliver?

Absolutely! Delivery for balloon installs starts at $200 and can vary depending on the extent of the labor at installation time. Delivery for helium balloons that do not require installation starts at $50. Strike (takedown service) starts at $100.

How long will my balloons last?

Balloon installations can last weeks depending on the environment and care of the balloons.

Can I cancel my order?

Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, a credit can be used towards your next event.
